May 16, 2012. Most Favorite Shoephoric Contest. Can you still remember when I was asking for five votes from you, guys, every day? That we did it until the end? Well, thanks to your votes. I was hailed as the most Favorite Shoephoric and given the privilege to select and own a pair of Jeffrey Campbell worth $250! (:

(My shoes was held at the customs for three months. ): I was really, really sad about it)

Fast forward... September 29, 2012. Saturday. This is it. I am beyond ecstasy. Sorry for my lack of words, but I can't really describe what I'm feeling up to this moment I'm typing this. Just.. just try to think of the right word(s).

I was actually trying the spikes and randomly decided to prick my finger. Hahahaah

Meet Ms. Irene Hilario of Shoephoric. She's the one getting in touch with me on the whole process of waiting for the custom to release my shoes. ☺ (Ms. Ann Jacobe wasn't able to come because she has to attend meetings. I'm very sad about this part. ): I was hoping to glimpse on her shoes!) Anyway, I want to thank Ms. Ann for having such giveaways; hope that Shoephoric will keep on inspiring other girls with same interest and passion on shoes; and also, you, guys, for voting for me. ☺ Thank you so much!

Dress from Cinderella and boots from Doc Martens.

Wait, I owe you guys an apologize. I'm sorry for being MIA. Anyway, this was taken few days back when my friends decided to get me as their model for their photo class homework. Those were just the nice stems. ☺ Enjoy!

I've been wanting a studded denim vest for quite some time now. I've seen a lot of studded denim dressing but this way of studding really got me. My craze for studded denims crashed when it came to me that I can't even source where to buy studs, of course, the most essential material you need in making projects like this. I Google-d and Google-d until I stumble upon this certain website which offers high quality studs and spikes and I got hopes! I got my studs from Studs and Spikes, though you can source cheaper stuffs on Ebay and Etsy (if you're willing to risk your card) ☺ Anyway, let's get started then!

Denim jacket turned to vest from secondhand store and English cone studs from Studs and Spikes

Start cutting off the sleeves of your old denim jacket, if you want to turn it to a vest.

Fray it like there's no tomorrow!!

Poke the prongs of the studs right through the denim. I used butter knife in pressing the prong to hold the stud in place. Repeat this same process and carefully work your way on the other side of the vest.

Voila! ♥

What do you think of the denim vest? Let me know and leave your thoughts in the comment box below!

Button down denim top from secondhand store, floral dress from xHilaration, socks from SM Dept. Store, Dr. Martens.

And the sun decided to show up... I thought it woud be raining so hard last Saturday, so I take my docs out. Don't judge! Anyway, I'm not sorry I had to wear 'em last Saturday for class (but first, yeah, I had to admit, I was. xx). ☺

I can't wait to show you the rest of the photos! xx

// 70'S

Panelled denim button-down from secondhand store, tailored velvet pants, and bowler hat from Ate Aisa. ☺

I have been repeating this pants lately; it's my newest fave! I'm also planning to have a bloody red velvet and black leatherette pants. Anyway.. Guess who I met earlier?

Ate Aisa of Drowning Equilibriums! Hi ♥ and I am really, really sorry I came 5 or 10 minutes late, which probably consumed much of her time. :/ 'Till we meet again! ☺
