// HONG KONG PHOTO DIARY PT. 3

This is Yau Ma Tei and we got lost here. My grandfather didn't enjoy the subway ride (on our way to Central) because he can't see what Hong Kong looks like (bc we're under the ground). So, he decided we take a bus from Central district back home to Mongkok. We did. My grandfather told the driver to drop us off at Mongkok and we get off at "Mongkok." It was like almost an hour when we realize that we're actually lost. Hahaha but we made it to our flat, anyway. Moving on, the succeeding photos will show my activity on the second night. Enjoy!

Back in the flashy streets of Mongkok! My original plan was to go shopping at Temple Street night market but I ended up shopping and splurging at H&M in Langham Place, instead. xx

Day 2. We went to Central district for a tram ride. We took the subway (known as MTR or Mass Transit Railway) to get there and we took J2 exit (there are lot of exits in a station). I'm impressed with Hong Kong's subway system. It's very organized and clean, plus points for the fast Wi-Fi connection in every station. Moving on, when we get there, at The Peak Mall, I was awed with the view. I can almost see Hong Kong in every bit (though, I think the view will be more beautiful at night *sigh*). Then we visited The Peak Galleria, a tourist spot-slash-leisure and shopping complex near the summit of Victoria Peak. We took our lunch at Tsui Wah Restaurant (RECOMMENDED!), a Hong Kong style resto. ☺

I just wished we went there during nighttime.

More posts to follow!

 All photos were taken by me.

Outfit shots were taken by the Papa Bear.

I flew to Hong Kong last Monday afternoon (June 17) with my grandparents. We stayed at a guesthouse in Mongkok and it's called Oi Suen Guesthouse, if I am not mistaken. The guesthouse is located just within the heart of bargain shopping and in front of the famous Ladies Market. Just as soon as we were settled, I immediately bought an iPod Touch 5th Generation at the Broadway stall just across the Sincere House (to which the guesthouse is located).

I'll keep this post short bc I still have lots of photos to post! ☺
PS. I am not in good condition to stay up late through the night, I should be resting by now. Goodnight!

For many people (including me), summer is the  perfect opportunity to combine enjoyment of nature with the opportunity of gentle exercise.

This is what I actually wore on my second day stay in Hong Kong. We've trekked Central district (which is located in an other island from where we were staying) and went for a tram ride to The Peak. It's I think the highest elevated establishment in Hong Kong, wherein you can see almost everything.

Anyway, I'd like to give thanks to my Papa Bear (grandfather) for taking my outfit shots. Mehehe. More posts to come! Stay tuned for my Hong Kong photo diary! ☺ Goodnight!

// JOY DIVISION

I'm missing my long hair! But no regrets cutting it short. Just decided to do a short blog post before boarding the plane to Hong Kong! I'm excited! See you in a week, Manila! Cheers!

Last Friday outfit. Sorry for the late upload, guys. On a side note, I'll be flying to Hong Kong on Monday! Where should I do the shopping aside from the famous Ladies Market? Help!
